to provide the most disadvantaged children with an effective basic education.
Our mission in presenting this method & results to the Education Specialists of OAS
was to encourage the propagation of this successful method throughout Latin America

Dear Sirs,

Pursuant to your good offices, inviting our NGO to deliver this report of good news to the OAS:

On 06 April 2011 at 3:00 PM our Founder and President were received at the OAS Building on Pa Ave.by a convocation of OAS department heads and staff pertaining to Education, Social Services and/or Children.

While our project has already been introduced in 8 Latin America countries , it was conceived and our pilot project conducted in Peru. We therefore confined our presentation to the results achieved during our first ten years in Peru (2001-2011).

To this gathering we reported that before launching our project in Peru, our research revealed that 26% of Peruvian children were not receiving education - that we experimented with 3 other methods for reversing this defect before (in 2004) hitting upon the satisfactory method we now employ, and to date have introduced in 9 Departments of the country.
We explained our method in detail and provided statistical information as to the results we have obtained.
We reported on the Peruvian Government´s response to our simple method and its subsequent collaboration with us to implement this method throughout Peru via the Ministry of Education.
We played a 20 minute video which depicts how the method works, including a small sampling of results.
We were altogether pleased with the warm and enthusiastic reception the OAS accorded us, we are grateful; and especially for this opportunity to present our method of initiating basic education for children who by whatever circumstance missed their chance to go to school.

Here is part of the documentation presented in support of our report.
